Ebook Refund Policy
If you do not like the downloading process of getting your ebooks from my bookshop, you have 30 days from the time of your order to request a refund. Books that have been successfully downloaded to your device are not eligible for a refund. Therefore, since you maintain possession of the digital content, a refund cannot be processed.

If you purchased eBooks but wanted paperbacks, please contact me at author@authorbrookswright. We will issue a gift card in the amount of your ebook purchase to be applied to a paperback purchase from the store.
Paperback/Physical Product Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for all physical products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of ebooks vs paperbacks, we cannot exchange an ebook for a paperback at the same price point. You will be responsible for any balance due if an exchange is approved. Please contact me at author@authorbrookswright.com if this should occur.
